With the development of radar technology, radar system has been more diversiform and complicated. The real time data with high speed acquired by radar signal acquisition system was stored in storage unit, and then processed in computer. Mass storage system with high speed has played an important role in modern electronic warfare. A mechanism and design of storage system with high speed and huge capacity based on NAND FLASH is introduced on the background of storage of wide band radar signal.NAND FLASH is chosen to be storage medium, and FPGA is functioned as main control chip. Reliable storage on high speed real time data is implemented with multi-LUN operations and ECC. Bad-block management is implemented efficiently with low cost on system resources by an effective mechanism. Fiber interface is used to transmit high speed data with the signal acquisition system and cPCI is used to control the storage system. The storage system can be used as a cascade system of the data acquisition system. Also it can be used to write signal data and used as signal output system in playback simulation. Tests show that the system can work stably with 600MB/s writing speed and 600MB/s reading speed.
