| With the progress of science and technology, the office automation system has been widely applied to various administrative institutions and banks and other financial institutions. Using computer technology, advanced office equipment and well developed communications technology to collect, sort, process and store information, which provide convenient information sharing to users. This paper design and implement a office automation system based on MVC mode, which provide the foundation technology to the Bank of Communications in Office automation.This paper is based on the current situation of the Bank of Communications and the requirement of information technology, analyzed the background, significance and feasibility.By analyzing the feature of most mainstream program languages, choose C# as the main developing language, use B/S architecture and MVC mode to do the implementation. This paper made the performance requirements analysis, data flow analysis and business process analysis based on process and the actual needs of office automation management. Based on the result of requirement analysis, outline design and detailed design was done including function design and database design. Then, use C# and SQL Server to implement the system. In the end, performance testing was done.The OAS in this paper improved the informational level by improving business processes and the working methods, which achieve the target of information sharing and communication throughout the company which greatly improved work efficiency. |
