Design And Implementation Of Electronic Bidding Information Management System Based On WEB

As a new way of bidding,electronic bidding makes the bidding process electronic and platform,which fully reflects the principles of fairness,impartiality and openness.E-bidding has been relatively mature in system architecture design,system function realization and platform development technology,but the E-bidding system for small and medium-sized micro enterprises has not realized the whole process electronization and platform,especially the core functions of bid evaluation and bidding are still offline,the process is not transparent,and the whole process E-bidding has not been fully realized.This paper mainly adopts B/S architecture,MVC mode and My SQL database for development and design.Taking the electronic bidding of small,medium-sized and micro enterprises as the positioning,this paper determines the modules of bid construction management,bid issuance management,bid management,bid opening management,bid evaluation management and bid determination management.The functions of bid construction,bid issuance,bidding,bid opening,bid evaluation and bid determination are realized as a platform,and the electronic operation of the whole process of bidding is realized;At the same time,establish and improve the supervision mechanism,and realize the whole process supervision by randomly selecting bid evaluation experts and the whole process supervision of bidders,so as to realize the fairness,impartiality and openness of electronic bidding.The system uses black box test to design test cases for each functional module.The server CPU utilization,server memory utilization and system response time are tested under different levels of concurrency.The test results show that the system meets the functional and performance requirements.At present,the system has been used in a public resource trading center in Hunan,has completed more than 10 bidding projects,and has been highly recognized by the user.
