It can be used to design a communication network by combined with the intelligent devices and distributed control. The network has following characteristics:distributed, digital, bidirectional, multi-variable, mul-ti-point, multi station. Because of the advantages mentioned above, PROFIBUS has been widely used in the field of automation control.Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is used as the main control device in the field of industrial automation control, has been widely applied in the industry field such as automobile manufacturing, textile, coal production where the equipments must be controled centralized but locating distributed in the working field. In recent years, PLC has been used widely in process control, motion control, network control and other fields, reflecting strong develop momentum. The rational use of PLC in the designing of control system can improve the control precision of control system, make the system response faster, works more stable.Aero engine test test facility is large, critical instrument which was applied in aeroengine performance test, performance check, troubleshooting and seal test. The control system of test bed not only satisfies the requirements of engine testing, but also controls those equipments which must be controlled centralized with high reliability.This thesis designed a set of engine test facility control system based on PROFI-BUS and the SIEMENS S7-300 PLC. According to the engine test requirements for engine/equipment control, apply PROFIBUS, Industrial Ethernet andPLC technol-ogy in the design of control system. The following works in this paper were completed:Introduce the engine being tested, process of engine test and the main system of test facility, PROFIBUS and PLC technology used in the design work were also intro-duced.Because the test bed lack of a lot of unique accessories which belonging to the aircraft,such as the oxygen supply system,aircraft altitude, speed signal, so we have to design the key circuit of engine control system according to the aircraft engine electrical control system. The purpose of these adaptive designs is that the electrical control sys-tem of the test bed could control the engine correctly and reliably no matter the engine is working on starting, turn cold, steady/transient state in the condition absence of those aircraft accessories and signal. Based on the engine test process requirements, design the control system of equipments such as hydraulic loading, air bleeding system.Once these work mentioned above have been finished, statistics the number, type, size of input/output signal. At the same time, this work should also be done to the equipment control system. According to the statistical results, select the appropriate PLC type and number of sub station, CPU, communication,input and output, communi-cation and other modules of the PLC system that required.When the hardware selection completed, uses professional PLC programming software, complete the hardware configuration, network configuration, edit variable pa-rameters of control system; design the main control program of PLC, the function mod-ule program, completed the process system program and complete the analog quantity acquisition program design.Finally, complete the design of man-machine interface, the engine control panel and device control panel,by applying WINCC configuration software and VC++ pro-gram,.This thesis design a set of engine test facility control system based on PROFI-BUS and PLC technology which are widely used for test bed control system in both domestic and foreign country.The system can control both the engine be test and the devices dis-tributed in the test field such as actuators, intelligent instrument for parameter acquisi-tion. Based on the first principle of system design are keep the security and control function of engine, by the same time treat the design work with vision of development, which makes the control system not only meet the current needs of the type test, but al-so retain somecontrol margin, scalable, lay the foundation for improved and a new type of engine test. |
