| With national economic coming into "new normal", all industries either manufacturing industry or service industry faced the reform from "old model" to "new model". To meet the increasing need of customs and markets for fast reaction and providing solution, product development companies need reforms. All industries are exploring the new development road actively. To adapt to this development trend, our company was also involved in the tide of reform. Therefore, an operational management architecture suit combining with ourselves practice and specification was studied, namely integrated development management model.Project progress management was an important part of integrated development management model. Project progress management includes the management process which makes the project completed on time. By comparison, correct progress arrangement was more important than cost estimation, because that the error of cost estimation can make up by such as, re-pricing or expending sales. But, if progress could not be guaranteed, market opportunity may be lost or causing custom’s un-satisfaction; on the other hand, costs must be increased and this error was difficult to make up. To manage project progress effectively, workload and spending time of staffs was closely combined, and the workload of every staff was assigned reasonably. To make the project completed on schedule, progress data was analysed by an effective analysis method, and execution of project was monitored closely.To propose an internal management scheme which can meet market demand, some problems of project progress management in the integrated development management were studied. According to the theory and concept of modern management, this paper proposed related reform measures and methods which conform existing model of current enterprise. On this basis, the model of project progress management was mainly studied. Finally, a scientific and reasonable model of integrated development management was realized. |
