| In view of the shortcomings of the current control system of large drying room,such as simple function, low degree of automation control and so on, the temperature control system based on wireless network technology for large drying room has been designed in this paper, the system can achieve fast and efficient temperature control of large drying room, improve the drying quality of wood, leather, textile, paper, etc. It saves energy and have economic benefit.The system is made up of a central PC and a number of lower computer(monitoring points). The lower computer of system is composed with the core MCU AT89C52,temperature acquisition module, Humidity acquisition module, temperature control module,wireless data transmission module, LCD display module and keyboard module. The send and receive data between the center PC and the lower computer are realized with the SA68D21 DL wireless data transmission module. Each of the lower computer send the temperature and humidity information of monitor area to the center PC in real-time, the temperature and humidity control conditions of the whole drying room is displayed by the center PC. The central PC send the relevant technical information of the drying room temperature and humidity control to each lower machine, including temperature control,PID controller parameters and so on. Each of the lower computer to monitor the area temperature and humidity in real-time, and control the heater through the PID controller,adjust the environment temperature and humidity of the monitored area, while pass on the information of temperature and humidity monitoring to the PC monitor.The hardware and software of the temperature control system based on wireless network technology for large drying room have been designed and the hardware part of system includes MCU minimum system with AT89C52 as the core,the temperature sensor selection,design of temperature acquisition module, humidity acquisition module,temperature control module,wireless data transmission module selection and design, the design of LCD display module, keyboard module design. The design of the system hardware part includes system programming, the temperature data acquisition program design, the humidity data acquisition program design, temperature control program design,wireless communication program design lower computer temperature and humidity display module and alarm processing program design, the keyboard design. The temperature control system of the PID controller has been designed and the controller parameter has been set.The simulation experiments based on MATLAB/Simulink and the analogue experiments based on Lab VIEW have been completed,the result of experiment demonstrate that the temperature control system based on wireless network technology for large drying room was stable and reliable, controlled accurately and it could well realize the temperature control of large chamber;The system also has been of the scene environment temperature and humidity display and alarm function. |
