In the context of the rapid development of wireless communication technology, in order to meet the growing wireless sensor networks, smart meters, home automation facilities of explosive growth, low-power wireless long-distance wireless transmission is also growing demand.For long-distance wireless mode, the telecom operator’s cellular network seems to be an irreplaceable means of communication. However, not all service providers are willing to put their WAN applications and data transmission via cellular network carriers; In addition, when connected to a cellular network scale networking equipment,other users on the same network will have an impact.It is noteworthy that leading international companies and organizations are trying to provide a more flexible and reliable solution, in efforts to reduce power consumption while extending the transmission distance as possible. Semtech will launch a new transceiver SX1278, this transceiver incorporates a spread spectrum modulation scheme and traditional GFSK modulation scheme called Lo Ra of. With the Semtech’s patented LoRa modulation technology, SX1278 and low-cost crystal materials can be obtained with high sensitivity over-148 dBm. In addition, integrated + 20 dBm power amplifier with high sensitivity that the link budget of these devices to achieve industry-leading level, a long-distance transmission and high reliability requirements the best choice for applications.Based on Sx1278 and low-power processor STM32L151CBT6 this article has developed a wireless communication module which runs on 433 MHz band. The module can achieve 3154.46 m in lossless transmission and 4851.13 m in no broken transmission.This module also can achieve low standby power consumption in11.62 mW, transmit power in 401.71 mW and receiver power consumption in90.09 mW.Eventually it can perform a receiver sensitivity of-126.95 dBm.
