| In August 2013,Semtech released a new long distance and low power data transmission technology(Long Range,LoRa)based on 1GHz.It takes into account the characteristics of long distance and low power consumption,and is especially suitable for low speed and cost sensitive areas.In view of the difficulty of construction,maintenance and cost considerations,through comparing several kinds of wireless communication mode,this paper presents a solution of LoRa remote communication technology in factory automation system based on the application and upgrade to get the project in a chemical factory automation.This paper mainly studies the technology principle of LoRa communication,and the hardware design,software design and test design of factory automation system based on LoRa communication.Firstly,the basic principle and theoretical basis of LoRa communication is described,through comparing the advantages and disadvantages of several kinds of wireless communication technology,it is pointed out that the LoRa communication occupies in factory automation,followed by the design of the overall technical scheme in factory automation target.The design of the scheme is divided into three main aspects: the system hardware,the system software and the system test.In order to reduce the difficulty of construction,convenient version management,system hardware modular design,mainly divided into LoRa terminal plate,LoRa wireless module and LoRa concentrator plate,and then introduces the technical details of the hardware implementation of each module,highlight the implementation of LoRa wireless module and LoRa concentrator floor.The software design of the system is mainly divided into the software design of the LoRa wireless module,the software design of the LoRa concentrator and the design of the control software,and focuses on the initialization of the LoRa wireless module and the LoRa concentrator,and the implementation of data receiving and sending.The test design of the system is divided into two parts: the test of the basic parameters and the performance of the module,the overall function of the system and the test of the technical index.The test results of the system show that the designed scheme can achieve long distance and low power consumption and achieve the desired goal,which is of practical reference value for the design and research of similar systems. |
