Design And Realization Of TDG Magnetic Material Cost Of Made-HR Management Software

With the depression of the Demographic Dividend,the eighteenth report has showed that the GDP and the average income of the urban and rural residents will be doubled till 2020 which compared to the year of 2010. In this background, Human resources(HR), especially for the part of the Budget Control,has become one of the manufacturing expenses through which all of the enterprises pay more attention to it in order to gain more profits.HR has its dignity, motility, exploitation, strategy and disappearance etc. Therefore, before planning the human resources, the control of the HR Cost(labor cost) is necessarily needed. Reducing the idle human resources while in controlling, and trying to analyze the reasons of the incline labor cost in order to effectively optimize the HR and make it as an important part in the Operation Management. However, the traditional HR cost management only includes the cost accounting and postmortem analysis. Moreover, the cost analysis has its hysteresis because of the manual report.This paper firstly analysis on the status of the traditional manual accounting, combined with the status in the ferrite division of TDG. Secondly, it shows us the theory of the Manual accounting and its weakness and analyzes the requirements of the manual accounting software. Thirdly and essentially this paper introduces the main tectonic measures in accomplishing the manual accounting software and states the structural design of the system, the division of the sub modular, the design measures of the database, and the source code of the software. From the results of the testing, we can testify the validity of the software design, finally through which can we design out a real-time system for TDG that can manage all of the magnetic materials departments.The design of the manual accounting management software of TDG Company uses the tool of power designer; SQL2008 is the main design language; Visual Studio 2010(mainly used by Windows applications), the Pure basic; CSHOP, the design language of the software; VB.NET, the auxiliary means; C/S, the pattern.
