Flash animation is widely popular online and television media with its dapper and strong performance, etc. However, Flash animation’s production technology and artistic expression is not well integrated. Picture is relatively simple and coarse, especially which with Chinese characteristics is few. Ink paper-cut animation which is one of “Chinese animation school†has been on silent for years because of new technologies. The current researches on “Digital Ink paper-cut animation†are still in the pilot phase. There are few specific theoretical explanations and research programs. So, Flash animation theory lags far behind the development and application of technologies. What’s more, “Digital ink paper-cut animation†theory research dominated with flash technology is even blank.The main content is the design and implementation of Flash technology in digital ink on paper-cut animation. It includes Flash software’s editing environment, technology implementation, achieving the effect of digital ink with Photoshop and achieving digital ink paper-cut animation production process with Photoshop in Flash software working environment.The main research methods are animation art and software technology. The study will design and implementation digital ink paper-cut animation after achieving ink effect with Photoshop. It will provide digital ink paper-cut animation design and production with theoretical basis and technical support. It will also provide reference for the combing of Flash and Photoshop.
