| With the electronic commerce business development of V Company, the B2 C website, Member management, Logistics management, Supplier management and Network marketing business are increasingly dependent on Information Technology. Information Technology has become an important factor to drive business development. How to carry out the work of software project rick management scientifically and effectively has become an issue of the technical center in V Company.Introduce the comprehensive rick management theory and life cycle theory based on interviews and literature reading. On the basis of the two theories, this research combining the interpretative structural modeling(ISM) to discuss the main risk factors of software project risk and to find the source of software project risk of V company. Researched by three aspects:(1) Using the questionnaire survey method to identify ten key risk factors of software project of V company.(2)Using the interpretative structural modeling(ISM) to discuss the ten key factors’ relationship.(3) Analysing the source risk of software project and put forward a strategy to solve the problem.In this context, it takes the comprehensive risk management theory and life cycle theory as a foundation, using the questionnaire survey method to identify the software project risk and key risk factors of V Company. Based on the studies of risk management development, lifecycle management, and the practical of many experts throughout the world, three results are put forward:(1) Ten key risks of software project.(2) By using Interpretive Structure Model, the risk structure of V Company software project is issued.(3) The descriptions and solutions of key risks for V Company software projects are expounded in detail.In brief, this study using interpretative structural modeling(ISM) to discuss the ten key factors’ relationship and to find the source risk of software project. Based on the theories and studies of risk management, some practical suggestions will help V Company to build a suitable risk management system. |
