On January 25,2021,the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development held a working conference on promoting the construction of new urban infrastructure,requiring the establishment and improvement of the working mechanism for the docking of various tasks of new urban construction with the basic platform of City Information Model(CIM).One of the key work is to carry out the construction of housing and construction project data information model,thus achieving the goal of project and housing management by mapping,along with check people by housing.Due to the complex workflow,multi-source data,numerous units and departments involved and high social concern,various risks are easily encountered in the project implementation process.This thesis takes the "J City Housing Underlying Data Information Model Construction Project" as an example to study the risk identification,risk assessment and risk control through a variety of theoretical methods.There are many researches on the risk management of data modeling projects at home and abroad,but few researches on the risk management of housing data information modeling projects.After investigation,it is found that such projects are in charge of government departments to serve the public,and the risk level is greatly affected by subjective factors of leaders and experts.Moreover,the project has the characteristics of large investment and financing amount,multi-source data,cumbersome business process and high social attention,so it is very difficult to implement project risk control.This paper mainly combined the "J City Housing Underlying Data Information Model Construction Project" and adopts scientific qualitative and quantitative methods to carry out risk management research on project risk identification,risk assessment and risk response.Firstly,it carries out in-depth research on relevant businesses in the field of housing and construction,basic theories related to big data analysis,and research status of risk management theory through literature reading method.Then,based on the flow chart analysis method and expert interviews,it preliminarily determines the main risk factors.To improves the risk list,hires experts and scholars in related fields to conduct several rounds of interviews,establishes a relatively complete project risk factor identification list,and carries out risk interpretation.Besides,it uses Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to analyze the probability of the occurrence of risk factors,and makes clear the weight of each risk factor relative to their criteria layer and the overall risk objective.Moreover,it evaluates and systematically analyzes the relationship between various risk factors,and uses Decision-making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory(DEMATEL)analysis method to analyze the degree of correlation between various risk factors,and determines the core risk factors with high correlation coefficient.Finally,it uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate and analyze the overall risk degree,determines that the overall risk level is low,and gives targeted risk prevention measures to ensure the smooth development.It is hoped that this thesis could provide reference for risk management of similar projects in other cities in China by studying the key risk factors identification and coping tools and methods as well as the identified risk factors and coping measures of "J City Housing Underlying Data Information Model Construction Project".
