Aided by its legendary green manufacturing execution, uncompromising customer devotion and its award-winning proprietary business model, eCMMS, F Group has been the most trusted name in contract manufacturing services (including CEM, EMS, ODM and CMMS) in the world.Begin with the second half of 2010, the strategic adjustment in Zhengzhou axed. Since the new factory is not perfect, infrastructure, education is extremely deficient teachers training difficulties. Zhengzhou factory’positioning and technical talents, management personnel is in great demand, and localization of talent training strategy required, the urgent need to a set of perfect education training system design. It cannot copy Shenzhen and other factories’education and training model, in reference to headquarters excellent training system.
