As is known to all, now China is a strong country in manufacturing but China does notbelong to manufacturing power. To reverse this situation, Chinese manufacturing enterprisesneed reform and innovation. Previous studies had suggested that organization innovation isthe key factor to improve the enterprise innovation, so it’s significant to study theorganizational innovation for current manufacturing enterprise in China.A review of the literature reveals that scholars have proposed many influence factors oforganization innovation, one of the most critical factor is organizational culture. At the sametime, internal mechanism of organizational culture influence organizational innovation iscomparative vague. So it is necessary to explore the inner path of organizational culture onthe influence of organizational innovation. In order to provide the theoretical basis forenterprises to promote their organizational innovation.This paper takes the employees of the Chinese manufacturing enterprises as the researchobject. And empirically analyzes the relationship among organizational culture, organizationallearning ability and organizational innovation in the manufacturing enterprise. This articlespecifically content as follows:1. Through a lot of literature summarizing, put forward the idea of this paper in the bigbackground theory, including the the relationship among organizational culture,organizational learning ability and organizational innovation,and whether organizationallearning ability mediate the relationship between organizational culture and organizationalinnovation. According to the research idea, puting forward the research question, and thenthe research hypotheses, choosing research tools and the sample.2. Through the questionnaire survey, collecting the research data. In which, testing angmodifying the research tools according to the preliminary research and obtaining the requireddata through the formal investigation and research.3. For the recovery of responses to the questionnaire, through the statistics softwareSPSS16.0 and Amos7.0 the statistics analyzes the data. Firstly, descriptive analysis of thesample scale and the scores of each questionnaire. And then, through the reliability andvalidity analysis of the various questionnaire’s stability and reliability. Then, by the relevant analysis revealing the correlation what is whether significant between the three variables andtheir dimensions. Using regression analysis to verify the complete the influence of the variousfactors. Finally, through the method of structural equation model test organizational learningability can mediate organizational culture and organizational innovation.4. According to the result, with China’s manufacturing industry characteristics, draw theconclusion and put forward corresponding management advice.
