There is a fact that does not dispute: the global economy is entering an era, knowledge iscreating competitive advantage in this era. On the one hand, enterprises need to deal with theexternal business environment more and more complex; On the other hand, manufacturingenterprises in Hebei province also has serious problems, while high speed develops. Facingthe difficult environment for the survival and hitherto unknown challenge, how to solve theseproblems, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, improve the enterprise performancelevel already become a major issue that academic worker and enterprise practitioners mustface. The literature seeks a solution based on the organization learning and organizationinnovation.In the literature, the author uses literature review method and empirical analysis method,based on the review of the past literature, we clarify the organization learning andorganization innovation related content. Organizational learning, organizational innovationand organizational performance are in the same framework, and then we put forward theresearch hypothesis. We collect data through questionnaires, and make an empirical test onmodel.The results show that, organizational learning has a remarkable positive influence onorganizational innovation and organizational performance, organization innovation hassignificant positive effect on organization performance, organizational innovation play a fullymediating effect when the organizational learning effect on organizational performance. Theliterature also reveals the influence relationship among different dimensions bettwonorganizational learning, organizational innovation and organizational performance.
