Corporate culture means advanced management theory and methods, including materialculture, system culture and mental culture. It is one of the core factors of the competitionability and thus highlighted by more and more companies. The real-estate business is nowfacing great pressure under the new macro-control policies, which forces the real-estateenterprises to change their management system—paying too much attention to business butlittle to management. They should take their special corporate culture as a way to improve themanagement and strengthen their competition ability accordingly.This paper makes an analysis of current corporate culture both at home and abroad, andintroduces the connotation,types and key elements of real-estate business culture based on themethod of theoretical analysis and practical research. At the same time, this paper makes aresearch on the existing problems and development tendency of Chinese real-estate businessculture construction. Taking the “L” real-estate company as an example,the key factors of itscorporate culture are analyzed, such as harmony, honest, contribution, efficiency,execution and interpersonal relationship. Directed by the theory of corporate and real-estateculture, this paper sums up the advantages and problems of “L” company’s cultureconstruction, and some solving strategies are put forward according to these problems.
