Corporate culture is the value that employees in enterprises or enterprises hold in their business activities,including material culture,behavioral culture,institutional culture and spiritual culture.It is one of the elements that constitute the core competitiveness of enterprises.The soul is the inexhaustible driving force for the development of enterprises.As a pillar industry in China's new development stage,the real estate industry plays an important role in promoting the rapid growth of the national economy and meeting the housing needs of the masses.This paper combines the reality of Huifu Real Estate Company,guided by corporate culture and real estate corporate culture theory,adopts theory and practical case study methods,integrates key elements of four levels of corporate culture,and summarizes the corporate culture construction of Huifu Real Estate Company.At present,although the real estate enterprise culture construction in China has achieved certain results,it has not yet formed a system.The concept of corporate culture construction,values,and service concept needs further development,and the theoretical achievements in real estate corporate culture are still rare.Therefore,the research on the culture of real estate enterprises in China has great theoretical and practical significance.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the application of MVV culture measurement model,it can be seen that the evaluation of the three dimensions of MVV has the highest score of enterprise value dimension of 76.95 points,and the other two are more than 70 points.In the three-level indicator,the product and service,the standard of being a person,and the standard of doing things scored more than 80,which are in the holding area,and the rest are in the potential area.It can be seen that the corporate culture construction of Huifu Real Estate Company has yet to be further improved.(2)Survey questions are expressed at all levels of culture.The problems in the spiritual culture are mainly manifested in the strong cultural color of the boss,the lack of combing and integration of corporate cultural resources,and the unclear interpretation of corporate culture.The problems existing in the institutional culture are mainly manifested in the ambiguity of institutional construction,and the centralized management is not suitable for the development of enterprises.The problems in the behavioral culture level are mainly manifested in the fact that the middle-level leading cadres pay insufficient attention to the corporate culture,the corporate culture has not fully played the role of retaining people,and the corporate culture propaganda system has not been established.The problems in the material culture level are mainly manifested in the low visibility of corporate brands and the lack of key communication carriers.(3)The countermeasures for the construction of corporate culture of Huifu Real Estate Co.,Ltd.are mainly to strengthen the openness of the cultural system,the mobility of talents,and the innovation.Re-engineer the corporate culture through the machine of equity reform,examine the original system and establish an assessment mechanism to establish a corporate culture.
