With the rapid development of knowledge economy,the enterprise culture as an important soft power has become one of the core competitive power of enterprise development.Due to different development stage of market economy,the enterprise culture has different characteristics,content,and form of expression in different stages of development.In the competition of the market economy environment,the enterprise culture embodies the culture of competitive characteristics,the enterprise regard the construction of enterprise culture as the means of competition,while in the present environment under the background of economic globalization,cooperation and win-win instead of single competition,became the theme of the enterprise further sustainable development.Harmony culture is the ideological core of Chinese traditional culture,and the basic idea of "harmony in diversity","harmony generates vitality" correspond to the theme with the present market economy environment.Therefore,Chinese contemporary enterprises can no longer be imitation or to reference the west culture of "competition" as the leading management concept to get the promotion of enterprise's cultural soft power.Chinese contemporary enterprises should strive to inherit and carry forward the spirit of Chinese harmony cultural connotation in order to promote the construction and development of modern enterprise culture.Based on "inheritance and innovation" as the guiding ideology,theory and practice combination,through the analysis of the successful cases of domestic excellent enterprise,and combined with the construction practice in Chaowei enterprise culture,analysing the construction of enterprise culture by absorbing Chinese traditional "harmony" culture in order to explore the important revelation of Chinese traditional culture in the process of modern enterprise culture construction.
