Research On Global Operation Management Model For Knowledge Exchange And Diffusion Based On 24HrKF

With the increasing of the global competition，the numbers of enterprises which ponderover and carry out the allocation and the sharing of global resources are increase with thevigorous development of globalization.The USA scholar Amar Gupta and his team advance anew theory of 24-hour knowledge factory all-day operation in this context, which can solvethe issues of improving the quality of products, quick response to the market, make use ofglobal resources and staffs normally work during the day.The existence problem of study on all-day operation lies to undertake round-the-clockuninterrupted operation by the realization of three shifts in 24-hour, it is not humanization,meanwhile, it can not make full use of sharing the Global shared resourcesIn this article, 24HrKF overall global model on non production entity of textile enterprises、knowledge flow model and knowledge exchange and diffusion model are established.The partstaff of Levi’s childrens’clothing production the textile enterprises are selected as researchsubjects that is the Feng Ye clothing enterprise of Wuhan、Levi’s Branch in the city of Lodzand USA Levi’s design department of North Carolina. Use UCINET6.212 and SPSS17.0analysis the stuff social network structure of overall model and the Influencing factors ofknowledge exchange and diffusion model. The research results shows different factionstructures and different factions of the same leadership structures and implicit leaders areexisted in overall model. The research results shows that knowledge concealment, diversity,knowledge sharing, knowledge ambiguity, degree of cooperation, sharing ability andexchange mechanism have a significant influence on knowledge exchange;exchangemechanism and diffusion effect has a significant influence on the exchange mechanism;knowledge distance had no significant effect on the exchange mechanism;.Finally, accordingto the result recommendations are proposed, and put forward the proposals of existingproblems and plans of future research directions.
