With the development of economic globalization and the rise of the Internet technology, more and more enterprises begin to undertake the global resource allocation, and use the time difference gradually formed cross-regional and across time zones collaborative operation model- " 24 hours knowledge factory ". How to promote knowledge transfer among its members in the process of globalization collaborative is the key to the success, in order to solve the problem of knowledge transfer effectiveness in the process of cross-regional and across time zones. This paper based on the globalization operation theory of 24 hours knowledge factory, the knowledge transfer theory and the collaborative management theory, investigates from three aspects: the knowledge provider, knowledge receiver and knowledge environment to analysis the cross-regional and cross-time collaborative organization knowledge transfer behavior from in globally distributed expert groups in overseas outsourcing MNCs. First of all, this paper reviews and summarizes the concept of knowledge transfer, previous proposed model of knowledge transfer, the global operations research of 24 HrKF, the factors affecting knowledge transfer of transnational collaborative organization. Then, combined with characteristics of 24 HrKF distributed team and summarized the influence factors of knowledge transfer among International collaborative organization, this research build a key factor model of knowledge sharing effectiveness on the basis of 24 Hr KF, and put forward the corresponding hypothesis model and measuring scale. Each key factors’ influence of knowledge transfer effectiveness has been verified through the 369 survey data validation of the multinational medical team members. an empirical study is conducted through using the SPSS 19.0 and AMOS17.0, correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to investigate the typical characteristics of a distributed team main effect on the effectiveness of knowledge transfer. We put 369 samples into two parts, 169 samples for exploratory factor analysis and 200 samples for confirmatory factor analysis.At last, the results show that: the willing of knowledge transmitter, the absorption of knowledge receiver, trust between team members and internet technology has a significant positive effect on the knowledge transfer effectiveness in the process of cross-regional and across time zones collaborative organizations.
