Research On SME Financing Business Development Strategies In Bank Of China,Gansu Branch

Small and medium-sized enterprises(SME)are an indispensable force in the economic development in our province, with the continuous improvement of the market economy system, the province SME has been a rapid development. SME exist a reasonable and an important role in the economy, the major banks must pay attention to the development of the SME business.In this paper, the development status of the province’s major banks in the SME business, pointed out that the problems of SME financing business of the Bank of China Gansu Province branch. For the problems in the Gansu branch of business development for SME in focus from perfect new model of business rules, use of advanced marketing end-to-end process, to enrich the frontline employees to raise the level of employees in business, and improve the branch network channels, the implementation of business mode to achieve the vertical management of the business, the implementation of key industries in key cities give priority to the support of business strategy, innovative product portfolio to promote bulk marketing and outstanding performance management to establish a standardized assessment mechanism on eight aspects of business development proposals and countermeasures.
