People's Property Income Research In China's Transition

Based on the spirit of the important strategic approach "Conditions will be created to enable more citizens to have property income" in the report to the Seventeenth National Congress, all of people made more comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the notion, property income. The view, "Conditions will be created to enable more citizens to have property income", is not only a breakthrough in theory, but also has very important significance in society, politics and economy. At the same time, this policy required to expand the channels so that more people can own property income. However, how to understand the substance of this policy and to implement it in practice is the problems to be solved currently.This thesis illuminated the situation of property income of our citizens at the present stage with a variety of dates, using SPSS and EXCEL. The reasons that lead to this situation also were analyzed. Strategic analysis of letting more people having property income was drawn as the conclusionAccording to the existing literature on property income, the thesis made a literature review of the topic. So that in the article, the status quo of residents' property income can be analyzed more accurately and better approaches can be proposed.Secondly, the thesis made descriptive statistics analysis and commentary about the status of disposable income and property income which are owned by urban residents and rural residents separately. Through analysis, the current economic climate is that the number of the property income owned by the urban and rural residents is also very small and the number of urban and rural residents who own the property incomes is small. At the same time, the growth potential in property income of residents in our nation is great and entered the fast-growing channel. The number of channels in obtaining property income is increasing. However, through the status quo analysis in the income property of China's urban residents and rural residents, there are some problems existing in the period of our nation's transition. First of all, the property income that China's residents of urban and country accessed is also very small and the proportion in total income is still very low. Secondly, the amount of property income that the majority of our people access to is limited by the lower real income. And there are some low-income people without money can be available to invest. Finally, that China's social security system is not perfect and an immature capital market makes that the risk residents invest is great and they have less ability to resist risk.Again, the thesis analyzed the property income of China's inter-regional residents, mainly using the clustering analysis method of the multivariate statistical analysis. From the analysis results can be seen, China's inter-regional gaps in property income is very big. A clear understanding of the status and problems in inter-regional property income, it is not only conducive to narrowing the gap of income between regions, as well as conducive that "Conditions will be created to enable more citizens to have property income". According to the analysis of the residents'property income between regions, some problems were found.-First of all, the channels which people access to property income are still relatively narrow. The property structure is irrational. Secondly, according to statistics from related departments, the property income of China's population accessed to primarily through rental income, dividends and interest income. Once again, the distribution of the residents who owned property income is unreasonable and the structural contradiction is obvious. Finally, residents are not strong in financial awareness and lack of investment knowledge."Conditions will be created to enable more citizens to have property income" related the conditions which can enable more people to own property income. In the last part, the thesis made an analysis of the countermeasures according to the constraint causes which limited more people to own property income. First, people should have wealth to be available to invest. The disposable income is the source of wealth accumulation, thereby increasing the disposable income of the residents has a significance in "Conditions will be created to enable more citizens to have property income". Secondly, creating fair and good financial investment environment is good for that more people dare to finance and investment and increasing the number of citizens who own the property income. Third, the government should strengthen the management of the financial markets, so that people dare to invest in financial innovation and financial products, and should encourage investment channels for multi-technology. Finally, the government should effectively protect private property rights and should raise public awareness of financial management so that more residents dare to own property income.
