The Optimization Research Of Production Planning And Procurement Planning Of J Company

Production planning and procurement planning is an important basic functions ofbusiness management.There is one of the most important area of the company’s operationmanagement. It mainly deals with the production plans and procurement plans drivinganddevelopment, inventory control etc.. Production planns and procurement plans for theoverall balance of raw materials, equipment, HR and other resources, which unifiedguidance of the enterprise’s production and procurement activities. Reasonably effectiveproduction plans and procurement plans played a crucial role for the enterprise rationalallocation of resources, production efficiency improving, corporate profits enhancing, andthe market competitivenessimproving.This paperis for the case of Jcompany’soperation management.We have put forwardthe optimization strategies after analysied J company problemsin the operationmanagement.The paper develop three aspects of optimization：Product demand forecast,production planning and procurement planing.Product demand forecast appliedSPSS.Wefind the most suitable prediction model and draw the demand forecast resultsbycomparing three different forecast models by SPSS.We applied to Cut-and-Try forProcurement planning.We obtained an opmtial production plan by comparative threeoptions which is develop by three different production strategies. Procurement plan isdevelop by the method of application of MRP.We have developed the company’sprocurement plan and drawn a comparative analysis. Finally, we have developed theproduction and procurement management processes to implementation of the productionplan and procurement plan, as well as plans to implement safeguards.The article is of great significance to improve the science and effectiveness of thecompany’s production planning and procurement planning,achieve the optimization of theproduction planning and procurement planning, standardize enterprise operationmanagement.
