With the rapid development of the global economy and technology,the market environment and competitive pressure in various industries have also undergone tremendous changes.With the continuous penetration of internet information technology into various fields of manufacturing and the promotion of innovation,the printing industry as the relatively low value-added traditional industry is facing more and more changing market demands.With the ever-changing market demand,the demands of customers and consumers are becoming increasingly personalized,and the batch size of orders is also decreasing.Especially for short lead time orders,customers require delivery within one week.Moreover,the production process is becoming increasingly complex,resulting in higher production costs for enterprises and lower efficiency in implementing production plans.With the rapid rise of AL company in the same industry,it is also facing competitive pressure in the same industry.Currently,AL company still faces many problems in production plan management during the production process.This article conducts a comprehensive investigation into the current situation of AL company’s production plan,delves into the issues of delayed delivery of orders and low production efficiency.The main reasons for the problems are four aspects:the first order prediction analysis method is unreasonable,the second production plan is unreasonable,the third production plan completion rate is low,and the fourth and semi-finished product inventory settings are unreasonable.In response to the current problems in AL company’s production plan,we mainly focus on optimizing AL company’s production planning work from four aspects,improving production efficiency and customer satisfaction.The first step is to establish a coordination plan based on the current forecast situation of AL Company,and optimize the collection and integration of forecast data by combining operations,finance and human resources.At the same time,establish a customized demand prediction model that meets the needs of AL company based on the predicted data.Secondly,according to the change of actual production capacity at various stages and the characteristics of the machine,reduce the circulation time of each process,and schedule the operation production system,reduce the artificial empiricism and maximize the output,and establish a reasonable automatic scheduling system.Thirdly,establish production control process,set production control indicators,and establish a rapid response mechanism for abnormalities in the actual production process.The fourth is to establish optimization principles for the safety inventory of finished and semi-finished products,while setting up control methods and parameters for inventory,and constructing a rapid inventory flow model.After optimizing the production plan management process improvement plan of AL Company,the production completion rate and order delivery completion rate of AL Company have been improved,thereby promoting AL Company to be more competitive in the continuous development of the industry.
