Study On The Models Of Land-use Dynamic Change Information

The management of Land use information in our country has no systemic an a wholedescription. Although many kinds of software for land use is being explored, it can’t befulfillment the comprehensive use and valid management.Based on the in-depth study of existing information of land use change model and putforward a new ideas which is "discovery timely, investigation rapidly, updated continuously,Shared applications" the four key working point of the dynamic information of land usechange. And study the four aspects of work process and the dynamic updating mechanism,forming dynamic change pattern, in order to reach to the purpose of complement traditionalmethod of land survey which is annual period, not timely, poor meanwhile.The article "Land use dynamic change information models" from the following threeaspects to study:(1) Dynamic updating as a new ideas that proposed in this paper, the paper studied theprocess of "discovery timely, investigation rapidly, updated continuously, shared applications"of dynamic information of land use change work and its implementation method.(2) Based on in-depth study of the land business and combined with the dynamic information of landuse change idea, prepared dynamic change management mechanism, then put the mechanism apply todynamic changes work,in order to the land dynamic change information have standardized management,and solve the problems which are exist in the traditional model.(3) Liu Yang in Hunan province as a demonstration place. In the base we provide related personnel,equipment, etc.put the study of land information dynamic change model on the base for commissioning.dynamic change model includes the land use change information quickly found, data acquisition andprocessing, database intelligent dynamic updating, data results published shared services such ascomprehensive technology test and application practice, and its technologies for effective docking, andthe efficiency, practicability and economy index analysis and evaluation, etc.The research results from the management system can guarantee the dynamic controlland and resources situation and planning implementation, for the society to provide timely and reliable land use status of information, which is helpful for the land and resourcesadministration department improve the scientific management and decision ability, betterperformance of "security development and resource protection, maintenance rights andinterests, social services," the function of land and resources, and to realize the functions ofdynamic supervision.
