S Company Equipment Management Strategy Investigation

As the development of economic globalization, most companies of world top500have invested in China and the globalization of market competition becomes apparentday by day. Equipment management, occupying a vital position in businessmanagement, has been paid more and more attention. This dissertation takes Scompany as an example which is established recently to propose a equipmentmanagement system and repairing strategies that can offer the guiding ideology forthe equipment management and a powerful help for the development of the company.On the foundation of previous research findings and S company as a newestablished enterprise, this dissertation will utilize the classification management andpropose a set of equipment management strategies that are adapt to the S companysituation. At first, a basic management system, as the technique and economic basis,will be established through applying the administration of equipment assets, workingand index. Then taking the reliability of equipment as the center, monitor theequipment state, make the repairing strategies by the diagnostic methods of fault tree,Fishbone diagram and failure mode analysis. Increasing the economic efficiency ofthe corporation will be regarded as the target. Fully utilize the equipment inproduction and prolong the life of the equipment, so that the equipment use efficiencyand the production efficiency will reach the high-point. Thirdly, applying the ABCclassification of the equipment, administrate the technology, plan, and stock of theequipment spare parts in an economical way to meet the requirement of producing.When the equipment breaks down, producing can restart again in a short time toreduce the economic loss caused by the breakdown of equipment.Through the study of the three above aspects, it implicates that equipmentmanagement system serves for the producing and serves for the companydevelopment.
