Research On Maintenance Management Of Equipment Based On RCM For Baosteel

For the large steel companies in the current challenging market conditions, how to determine a reasonable equipment maintenance strategies and effective equipment maintenance resources, including human, material, technology, information systems and financial resources is very important. This research is to find the equipment maintenance mode for Baosteel on the basis of the theory based on the reliability of maintenance, to ensure the maximization of the value of enterprise device management.This research collect and analyze the performance of equipment Maintenance of Baosteel over the years, set up a maintenance decision model for Baosteel device management, attempted to use RCM into Baosteel equipment maintenance management. Use logical decision analysis to determine the content of the required maintenance, maintenance intervals, and maintenance level, to develop a preventive maintenance program, so as to optimize equipment maintenance mode, optimization of existing equipment maintenance cycle, reduce the cost of equipment maintenance purpose.By this research we can know RCM analysis is a logical device management mode. The system-level analysis, from mild to severe, can avoid the maintenance task heavy. The reventive maintenance program formulated is effective and reliable, easy to operate.
