Currently a batch of bio-technological enterprises with a high percent of thescientific and technological content emerges in china. How the factor of theknowledge-based qualified personnel functions in these enterprises, which wouldinfluence directly the existence and the development of these enterprises. The focus ofthe text is to find out the incentive mechanism of the knowledge-based personnelappropriate to the actual situation of the S bio-technological company, with theworldwide intellectual achievements in the incentive theory as the reference.The text has investigated and researched the situation of the knowledge-basedpersonnel in the S bio-technological company. Through the form of interview andinquiry, etc., the basic situation of the structure of the knowledge-based personnel inthe S bio-technological company was found out, which laid a good foundation for thefurther specific research. The text selected50delegates coming from a variety of theknowledge-based job positions and conducted among them a questionnaire survey, theconsequence of which is, that there are6factors influencing the incentive effect of theknowledge-based personnel in the S bio-technological company, that is, the salary, theindividual development, the enterprise culture and cohesion, the job position itself, theenvironment around the company, and the working environment. In relation to the6factors the text also makes respectively the specific analysis and points out theirproblems.In relation to the above mentioned problems the text establishes4incentiveprinciples: comprehensive and multi-methods incentive principle, personalizedincentive principle, stock right incentive principle, and material incentive principle.With the guide of these principles applying to the actual situation of the company, thetext proposes6measures, that is, constructing the salary structure system with themarketing competitive power, constructing the fast track of the growth and thedevelopment of the knowledge-based personnel, achieving the organic combination ofthe profession, the interest and the job position, creating the good workingenvironment, creating the responsive and caring company image, and forming thecohesive company culture. Especially in relation to the factor of the salary, the textadvices a competitive salary system composed of basic job position salary,performance pay, social welfare, and stock right. The text takes the actual situation of the S bio-technological company into account and hence makes creative perspectivesand advices. It designs effective incentive system for the knowledge-based personnelin the High-tech enterprises. This kind of incentive system can also function as areference for the establishment of the incentive mechanism in the enterprises of otherindustries.
