This thesis is oriented on tracing the factors of innovation incentives and design of compensation system model based on innovation incentives.Since the 21st century, the target of Chinese science and technology development is turning to enhancing the ability of independent innovation resting with talented people. The aim of this thesis is to design a kind of innovation incentives compensation model to help organization to stimulate creativity of scientific researchers in fierce market competition.Assumption about human nature, motivation and compensation theories provide theoretical basis for innovation incentives compensation designing. By survey research,SPSS data analysis and modeling, find out the effecting relations of innovation performance and pay factors which includes satisfaction of performance pay, working stability and life balance. Performance pay and innovation achievement rewards are most important section of this compensation model, performance pay is in accordance with the key performance indicator system which filtered by quantity and quality of science research projects. Finally, incentive effects are promoted through the interaction between performance pay and innovation achievement rewardsThis research combined the pay model with management practice through design of innovation achievement rewards for X Pharmaceutical Group Corporation institute based on its original compensation system. At last, the thesis points out the difficulty in the process of combining theoretical model with practice to provide practical basis further model optimization.
