A Study On Strategic Coordinated Development And Implement For State Owned Electronic Information Groups

As the program leading the development of enterprises group on multiplexmanagement, group strategies play very important guiding role in cultivating corecompetence and obtaining sustainable competitive advantage. Regarding to thestate-owned enterprises group restructured from administration management modeinto holding group mode, there are many problems and shortcomings in control modeand development strategies. How to control the subsidiaries effectively, cooperate instrategic development effectively, avoid internal vicious competition, allocateresources to where can play roles adequately, are critical important to the developmentof this kind of enterprise groups.The dissertation focuses on the following issues. Firstly, it researches thetheoretical basis for developing cooperative strategy management in electronics andinformation group of state-owned enterprises. The basic theory method that suitablefor studying cooperative strategy management was proposed to fit for electronics andinformation group of state-owned enterprises by analyzing its basic concepts, anddefining study objects, figuring out their particularities and theoretical researching togroup strategies and cooperative strategies. Secondly, it researches the externalenvironment which faced by ZH group from macroscopic to microcosmic throughcomparative analysis to the external macro–environment, industry developmentenvironment and Market competition environment. Thirdly, it analyzes the locationsand objectives of cooperative strategies for ZH group, the key task for structure&design of cooperative strategies planning among Strategic Business Units, and makesa validated analysis on the theory of cooperative strategies construction. Finally, itresearches implementation strategies and security measures of cooperatives strategicplanning for ZH group.
