Evaluation Research On Credit Risks Of Order Financing

As one important business in supply chain finance service, order financing has developedrapidly in recent years, which has been an efficient method to solve the financing problem ofSMES and an important growth point of banks and other financial institutions. However, as anew financing business, the theoretical basis of order financing, especially evaluation of creditrisks, is relatively weak. Based on this background, evaluation system and means of orderfinancing credit risks were studied.First, business process and characteristics of order financing were analyzed by use ofliterature analysis, basic elements of order financing business was proposed; Second,normative analysis and theoretical analysis methods were employed, the angle was set at basicelements of this business, influence factors on order financing credit risks were analyzed,indexing evaluation system of order financing credit risks was built according to currentsituation; again, analyzing common evaluation methods of credit risks and integrating it withcharacteristics of order financing business, a method of applying rough set and credibilitytheroy was proposed, based on study on theoretical and applicable process of this method, aevaluation model of order financing credit risks based on rough set and credibility theroy wasfinally established; last, using fact analysis method to apply this model into practicalexamples, the efficiency of built evaluation system and model was verified with a practicalexample.Results show that, established evaluation system and model can be used to evaluate creditrisks of order financing business in banks and other financial institutions and direct financinginstitutions to evaluate concrete practice of order financing credit risk.
