The purpose of this paper is tohelp enterprises to accurately judge the externalsituation, recognize the opportunities andchallenges, we integrate the internal resources, explore theadvantages, overcome thedisadvantages, formulate the development strategy in line with the actual situation ofenterprises, and provide reference for regional printing industry to solve the contradictionof survival development plans and the overall strength of the weak.this paper discusses the background and significance of making development strategy,combing the current situation and development trend of strategic management ofenterprises at home and abroad, put forward the content and method of makingdevelopment strategy.this paper uses the PEST economic model to analyze the external environment ofenterprises are usingPotter’s five forces model, analyzes the influence of the developmentof the printing industry industry environment,so that enterprises recognize their ownopportunities and challenges.Again, this paper analysis the advantages and disadvantagesof the enterprise from two aspects of the internal resources and abilities of enterprise,combined with business opportunities and threats, the use of SWOT analysisof enterpriseinternal strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities and threats of the hierarchy, andputs forward the strategy for business development, a clear strategic and stage division.put forward the enterprise improve the internal mechanism, optimize the productstructure, market development, strengthening the construction of enterprise culture,provide material and reference for the enterprise strategic decisions and plans, which havea certain reference for enterprise science and rapid sustainable long-term development. |
