Therefore, Chinese government accelerates to adjust the structure of energy sources, including develop clean energy like nuclear power. Chinese nuclear power development strategy is being changed from moderate development to active development. At the same time, with the world energy source's problem is more serious and serious; USA, UK and other countries are all restarting the nuclear power development plan. This brings up to the new chance and challenge to Chinese nuclear enterprises, deeply affects the survival and development of Chinese nuclear power enterprise.Under this new situation, how to grasp the chance, how to avoid the risk, and make a good development strategy, each nuclear power enterprise must face, think and study. Third Qinshan nuclear power company Ltd is the owner of Qinshan phase III nuclear power plant, which is one and only PHWR nuclear power plant in China. It has to face to some challenges, such as short of technical support, the key equipment inside the reactor core must be changed periodically. How to face to the new situation of nuclear power development, how to transfer weakness into strength, how to make strategy development plan, and how to bring it into effect, all of them directly affect the operation achievement of nuclear power enterprises in the future. It must be analyzed and studied.This thesis apples the theory of enterprise strategic management to analyze external and internal developmental environment of third Qinshan nuclear power company Ltd and puts forward a developmental strategy of third Qinshan nuclear power company, then discusses what strategic measure should be taken to achieve intended strategic objective.
