Research On The Problems And Solutions In The Process Of Urban Housing Demolition

With the rapid urbanization of our country, urban housing demolition causesmany demolition events, and the contradictions and conflicts of interest have been thefocus of our society, especially the conflict among the government, developers and thedemolition. The urban house demolition is an extremely complex project, covers a widetime span and many participants. If not handled properly, it will produce a negativeimpact on project construction, social stability and economic social development. In thiscontext, it is of important theoretical and practical significance to study how to regulatethe urban house demolition, properly resolve contradictions and make possible thebenign development of urban housing demolition. With game theory as the mainresearch tools, this paper solves practical problems following the steps of puttingforward the question, problem analysis and solving problems, and then makes ananalysis of two different kinds of demolition activities. Through solving the purestrategy game and mixed strategy Nash equilibrium, the optimal strategy of eachparticipating party is obtained. On this basis, combined with successful experience athome and abroad, this paper puts forward a series of suggestions to solve the demotionproblems, and try to find a new and realistic urban housing demolition road which canrealize tripartite win of the government, developers and the demolition.
