A Study On Dynamic Game Of Urban Housing Demolition Compensation

In recent years,urban housing demolition project is started in large scale start,along with a difficult problem confronted with by many cities,namely "demolition difficulty".The immediate cause of "demolition difficulty" is that the households to be demolished are unwilling to accept the compensation made by the dismantler.As the demolition activities are carried out in various cities,it has increasingly more practical significance to find an effective solution.This paper takes the local government as the dismantler while assuming that the compensation standard is reasonable,and it uses the idea and methods of evolutionary stable strategy,combined with the psychology of conformity,it builds the game model to make evolutionary analysis of the game behaviors between the local governments and the households to be demolished,and the households to be demolished,to try to explore a way to make the households to be demolished accept a reasonable compensation standard.Finally,it uses two cases to study the strategy adopted by the game participators under the existing demolition scheme,to very the theoretical analysis further,and then it obtained that the households to be demolished can be guided by formulating scientific reward scheme and effective propaganda work to accept reasonable compensation standards.In the end,it put forward suggestions from the perspective of local government,hoping to provide reference for the government to formulate the demolition scheme and provide practical support for the analysis of this paper.
