So the study of each parties'logic and strategy have great theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, Author analyzes problems by Game Theory, and try to combine macro and micro, subjective and objective to analyze problems. The article in the establishment of game model, under the premise of a detailed analysis of game strategy and the major parties of the logic of the game. In my view, every party in the game is to maximize the interests and the strength largely depends on the chip. Finally, this paper singles out that the game of this non-zero sum need a fair platform, especially when one part at a disadvantage roll, mechanisms is needed that their interests can be expressed smoothly and rationally.In the process of Urban housing demolition, Government, developers and public fight each other for their own interests. Government and the developers have administrative and economic resources, compared to public who in a weak position, their attitude is strong. As the legal, systems, rules of the game, such as the imperfections of the game which led to unequal status, the compensation is too low, forced relocation and other issues. Under such circumstances, the public often choose to reject the demolition, and other negative and passive resistance, leading to the costs of demolition is too high. To reduce the demolition costs and improve the efficiency of the game , a fair and just environment is necessary and perfect the relevant laws and systems .Only in this way, the demolition interests will be fully protected, thereby and can reduce or eliminate social contradictions and build a harmonious society .
