| Nowadays, the competition between enterprises more competitive reflected incorporate human resources, how to retain employee, improve employee satisfaction, tomake full use of their employees, and other efforts and remain willing to work in abusiness increasingly concerned problems. In recent years, scholars have done a lot ofresearch on employee engagement, but this study selected corporate performancemanagement as moderator, research the relationship between leadership and employeeengagement, research in this area is still relatively scarce, and therefore, this study hascertain theoretical and practical value.On the basis of summing up the past literatures, the paper builds the measurementscale of eadership, employee engagement and performance management under thebackground of Chinese enterprises.Through the pre-test for the questionnaire, investigatethe enterprises of Chongqing, Chengdu, Hubei and other places.Data of156smallsamples was statistically analyzed by SPSS19.0, we modify the index system and formthe formal questionnaire at the basis of analysis result.Then survey and analysis for a large sample,617questionnaires were collected andthen filtered to obtain556valid questionnaires. Through the exploratory factor analysisand confirmatory factor analysis based on the556sample data using SPSS19.0andAmos17.0, we find that the leadership of enterprise managers has four dimensions:operation excellence, business growth, competence development and people aligement.Employee engagement was constructed by organizational support, vocationaldevelopment, comprehensive salary, managerial system and engagement behavior.Performance management was constructed by performance planning doing andperformance implementation, performance appraisal and performance feedback.And, we explore the relationship between enterprise management leadership andemployee engagement, and find that leadership has obvious promoting effect onemployee engagement. And this paper further introduce performance management as amoderator variable, and study its impact on the relationship between enterprisemanagement leadership and employee engagement, and found the level of performancemanagement can positive significantly adjust the influence of leadership to employeeengagement. Finally, this paper draws the conclusion at the same time analysis itsshortcomings. |
