HZBC Company is a well-known beverage manufacturer established nearly 30 years ago.In recent years,the company's employee turnover rate has remained high and the company's performance has stagnated.Scholar Kahn first put forward the concept of employee engagement,and afterwards,many domestic and foreign scholars after years of research found that: employee engagement and their turnover tendencies were significantly negatively correlated with corporate performance was significantly positive correlation.For practical reasons,the company set up a special research team to try to conduct a thorough investigation and understanding of employee engagement in order to find out the company-level reasons.As the main member of the survey team,I used the data obtained in this survey to conduct in-depth analysis of the factors affecting the employee engagement of HZBC,and through the comparison with the system benchmark and internal differences to find out the impact of HZBC employees sustainable engagement Organizational factors.The paper then proposes the company's employee dedication to the problems of the company's lack of reform and innovation capability,the unbalanced gender of the company's employees,the incomprehensible relationship between the managers and the grass-roots employees,the unreasonable salary design,and insufficient opportunities for learning and development.In order to enhance the strategy,a company-level action plan was formulated,and safeguard measures and effectiveness evaluation plans for the implementation of the plan were drafted.TheThe research results and analysis of thesis papers not only help HZBC to reduce the turnover rate of employees,improve company performance,but also provide reference for similar companies.
