Park site is theprimary issue for the construction industrial park and is more related to the ability toplay its effectiveness as expected after completion of the park. Moreover, it will bringno small impact on the regional economy, the environment, transportation, etc. So, howto use the scientific method to carry out construction industrial park site is a very matterof concern.After the study on the related document about the development of theindustrialization of construction industry, this article has found out that most researcherspay their attention to the direction, the obstacles and strategies of the industrializationdevelopment other than the construction industrial park which is the carrier of theindustrialization. The aim of this article is to provide the index for location selection ofindustrial park based on the study of the case of Shenyang Modern ConstructionIndustrial Park and characters and location requirements of economic and technologicaldevelopment zones, high-tech industrial development zones, eco-industrial parks andlogistics parks. Through the survey questionnaire and factor analysis, this articleultimately optimizes the index and establishes the location decisions index system, andthen accomplishes construction industrial park site model.At last, this article chooses Chongqing Construction Industrial Park as exampleand evaluates13indexes of three alternative locations by using fuzzy AHP and finally chooses the highest score one as the best alternative construction industrial parklocation. And it can provide a reference for site-chosen of construction industrial parksat other areas.
