Research On Land Intensive Use Evaluation Of Jiangxi Jizhou Industrial Park

Land is an important component of human survival and development,and it is also a rare and non-renewable resource.The research on land social economic activities has always been a hot topic for domestic and foreign scholars.As the social economy continues to maintain its vitality today,especially in the new era of rapid economic growth and high-quality development,the strategic need to rationally use land and save land resources requires that each functional land must increase the degree of land intensive use.As the most important form of land intensive use,the industrial park is a functional land gathering area determined by the coordination of land quality characteristics and social land demand.It has become an important carrier for local economic development and service modernization.It plays an important role in the achievement of industrial modernization and other aspects.Therefore,carrying out the evaluation of the intensive use of industrial park land is not only beneficial to the park itself to optimize the integration of land resources,but also to help the park to save intensive use and achieve sustainable development.Taking the first pilot eco-industrial park in Jiangxi Province as an example,this paper uses literature research,qualitative and quantitative combination,and quantitative analysis to intensively use Jiangxi Jizhou Industrial Park on the basis of summarizing industrial parks and land intensive use and evaluation theory.the study.Based on the data analysis of the current situation of land use in Jiangxi Jizhou Industrial Park,based on the current status and characteristics of the current land intensive use of the park,an evaluation index system for practical reference is constructed,and then the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are constructed respectively.The model completes the evaluation work.The results show that the comprehensive score of land intensive degree calculation in Jizhou Industrial Park of Jiangxi Province is 87.43 based on multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method.The comprehensive score of land intensive degree calculation in Jizhou Industrial Park of Jiangxi based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is 0.72.It can reflect the good level of land use in the park.At the same time,the comparative analysis method is used to comprehensively compare the evaluation results of land intensive use in Jiangxi Jizhou Industrial Park in 2013,2015 and 2017,and to comprehensively grasp the changing trend of the intensive use degree of the park land,and point out that: in land development and the process of utilization,there are problems such as the supply of land in the park is too rapid,the supply of industrial land is unstable,and the structure of land use is unreasonable.This paper put out suggestions which about slowing down the supply of land,ensuring the timely development of the supplied land,optimizing the proportion of each land use structure,and implement the land strictly according to the proportion.
