Research On The Logistics Pattern Of Cloud Delivery And Its Application Under The E-commerce Environment

With the rapid development of the world economy, e-commerce andcommunication technology, the competition between e-commerce industries isbecoming more and more fierce. The needs of customer also become more diverse, sothe requirements of e-commerce distribution logistics are also increasing. Due to thebackward of technology and management method, the centralization and coordinationof substantial resources cannot be satisfied, which leads to the waste of resource and thehigh cost of logistics and distribution. It makes more difficult to satisfy the requirementof “Multi-species, Small quantities, Multi-batches, Short cycle” in e-commerce system.However, the pattern of delivery has undergone tremendous changes, the new deliverydemands emerging such as large-scale trans-regional distribution, joint distribution, etc.The development of internet of things and cloud computing technology are thefoundation of new delivery demands. The new delivery pattern appears to addressurgent e-business environment and distribution logistics bottlenecks.This paper focus on the characters of e-commerce and the problems which exist indelivery pattern, analyzes the connotation and characters of cloud computing from theperspective of systems engineering, combines the similar characters and contactbetween cloud computing and distribution logistics, proposes the concept of clouddelivery pattern under e-commerce environment. The research of cloud deliverylogistics pattern includes three aspects: organization, management and operation.Organization: Through detailed research of organizational structure of the clouddelivery logistics from macro and micro aspects, build cloud delivery and cloud servicesplatform. Management: Logistics order management, inventory management andtransportation management mode which under cloud delivery pattern are described.Operation: The cloud delivery logistics pattern is researched in detail. According to thechanges of network structure brought by the characteristics of cloud delivery logisticspattern and its new organization, management, operation pattern, the evolution of thestructure of the logistics network is analyzed and the logistics network structure underthe cloud delivery pattern are proposed. Finally, this paper analyzes the problems incurrent situation of e-commerce business and network construction, which takes the ZJSExpress for example. Given the solutions of developing the cloud delivery logisticspattern of ZJS Express, the delivery network structure is constructed. Cloud delivery logistics pattern under the e-commerce environment proposed inthis paper is a useful exploration to solve the problem of the problem of logisticsbottlenecks. Also, it gets the research of e-commerce distribution logistics patternbecome rich.
