Research On Regional Distribution Model Based On "Logistics Cloud" In The Context Of Electronic Commerce

With the development of Internet technology,and the improving of people's living standard,upgrading of logistics services and network security environment continues to improve,more and more people join the ranks of online shopping.Since 2009 Taobao raise the first "double eleven" shopping Carnival,in the next few years,many e-commerce companies have joined the ranks,cause a lot of pressure to the logistics industry.Under this background,various logistics companies,including the self-logistics business is constantly improving the logistics,but the ability of a single enterprise is limited,big investment but small upgrade,the ability of distribution is uneven.Based on literature research and research demonstration,in the way of performance evaluation,the current common distribution patterns are classified and compared,aim at various types of sales of goods,analysis of the single distribution model,put forward the necessity and feasibility of the integration model.Through the research on the integration of logistics resources in recent years,this paper introduces the concept of "logistics cloud",which is a highly integrated resource,put forward the concept and framework of logistics cloud,based on this idea,the distribution model based on the "logistics cloud" is proposed.Based on the construction of ideas,This paper constructs the distribution mode from four aspects: information platform,logistics network,distribution management and operation process,the macro model of distribution model based on "logistics cloud" is given,and summarize the characteristics of the model.Then,taking Suning logistics as an example,the distribution model of the company is analyzed,this paper discusses the improvement of distribution level and competitive power through the implementation of "logistics cloud",the application value of the distribution model based on the "logistics cloud" is demonstrated,put forward the current shortage of Suning logistics.Last,based on the above analysis and empirical research,the implementation strategy of the distribution model based on "logistics cloud" is put forward.
