With the reform of the pharmaceutical industry in China and the rapid development of the pharmaceutical market, the scale of the market of the pharmaceutical logistics become more large than before and quality all over the market gets increased, at the same time,both challenge and opportunities come here. With the implement of the new GSP, most domestic pharmaceutical distribution companies continue investing into logistics facility at2015, speeding up the development of modern medicine distribution center construction and layout, improving their competitiveness. In recent years the rise of cloud computing technology and gradually promoted and applied, because of its advantages, such as effective and timely access to information resources, low invest, efficient processing of information, they are conducive to the enterprises to make better decisions according to the large number of scientific data, save cost, improve business efficiency and service level,the cloud computing is more and more widely used in many fields. In the pharmaceutical logistics activities of each link, drug distribution plays a vital role, but the high prices and logistics cost is still a problem in the medical market. In order to be able to reduce the cost of medicine logistics link, improve the operational efficiency of the vehicle, enhance the market competitiveness of enterprise, in the view of the enterprise, optimizing the distribution process, arranging transportation vehicles routes has been an important breakthrough point and measure to solve the problem. In order to solve this problem, this paper combined with cloud computing technology for real-time road traffic information extraction and analysis to optimize the distribution process and translated into cloud computing environment of vehicle routing problem, expecting research conclusions or results of pharmaceutical logistics enterprises to optimize the distribution line, reduce distribution costs, bringing certain practical reference value.Firstly, my paper introduce the basic concepts and characteristics of medical logistics,logistics distribution and cloud computing services, the present situation of the medicine circulation industry, analysis problems in pharmaceutical distribution process, put forward the corresponding optimization measures from the national macro level and micro level.Then from the angle of the pharmaceutical logistics enterprises, analysis the feasibility of the combination cloud computing services with pharmaceutical logistics, added real-time traffic information in the form of encapsulated module into the service platform during the distribution optimization, puts forward the cloud computing environment medicine logistics service platform construction based on the environment. Thirdly, considering of the real-time traffic information based on the environment of could computing the paperconstruct model of distribution optimization process, made minimum distribution costs as the optimization goal, designed the differential evolution to solve the model. At last,through the analysis of a practical example, using simulation software program to solve optimization model, find out the optimized distribution plan and verify the validity of the model and algorithm.
