Study On The Modular Time Quota Integration Method In Mass Customization Environment

With the marketization of the economy, the intelligent of the production, thediversity of customer needs, and the globalization of knowledge economy, theproduction environment has been changed so much. Therefore, the traditional mode ofproduction is facing great challenge. And at this moment mass customizationproduction mode in this market environment arises. Compared to traditional productionmode, in mass customization production mode product manufacturing process is moreflexible and complicated. So it has become more and more important to seek anefficient and accurate method of working hours for improving the marketcompetitiveness of manufacturing enterprises and customer satisfaction.This article based on the mass customization production environment. By using themodular thought, fully considering the operation, customization, and knowledgeinfluence on labor hours, the article explored the time module integration method ofthree factors. So the companies can make labor time more efficient, accurate andreasonable. Firstly, the article analyzed the characteristics of the product under theenvironment of mass customization production and the product requirements ofworking hours making. Carding the key influencing factors, it used the module methodto divide the working hours to operate time module, custom time module andknowledge time module. Secondly, according to the principle of effective integration,the article analyzed the relationship between operate time module and custom timemodule, between custom time module and knowledge time module, between operatetime module and knowledge time module. Then the two time module integrationmethod based on the analyzing of their relationship was obtained. Thirdly, the articleanalyzed the relationship among operate time module, custom time module andknowledge time module. By using three dimensional vector relationship integrationmodel to quantify their relationship, it was concluded that the time module integrationmethod of three factors was obtained. Finally, by using the time module integrationmethod of three factors and custom production enterprise’s actual cases, the feasibilityand validity was verified.
