With the era of rapid technological development, technological innovationcapability is the main driving forces of enterprises continue to improve the overallstrength. Today, more and more enterprises have been aware of the key role ofknowledge sharing, but many companies are emphasis on internal knowledge sharing,neglecting that knowledge sharing with other companies can get the most informationto adapt to the pace of development of the industry. Meanwhile, only a few companiesof Chinese equipment manufacturing industry maintain the capability of independentinnovation in key technologyareas, companies need timely identify and efficientlyabsorb the knowledge which conducive to their development, and get the value ofknowledge use with the greatest degree into the technological innovation activities ofenterprises. Therefore, in this real case, studying cross-organizational knowledgesharing and whether it will affect the ability of technological innovation and how iteffects, and the absorption capacity’s role in the cross-organizationalknowledge-sharing affect on the technological innovation capability is the key toenhace enterprises technological innovation capability.The article first exploratory study based on a large number of domestic andforeign research literature summarized. In this process, the relevant theoreticalanalysis of the impact factors of technological innovation capability of enterprisesunder cross-organizational knowledge sharing perspective based on the organizationalcharacteristics of the angle and the point of view of inter-organizational characteristics,and complete the questionnaire design and data collection, then extract the final keyinfluencing factors of technological innovation capability of enterprises through theexploratory factor analysis.Which contains the explicit knowledge; then, based on thethree factors theory of cross-organizational knowledge sharing, absorption capability.Secondly, based on exploratory research, the paper constructs a research model forcross-organizational knowledge sharing perspective on technology innovation ability,and put forward the corresponding assumptions. Finally, in the partially completed onthe basis of the survey, data collection and processing, multiple linear regressionanalysis and model checking, summed up the conclusions.Final study results as below:①Cross-organizational knowledge sharing has a significant positive impact onthe technological innovation capability. ②Cross-organizational knowledge sharing has a significant positive impact onthe absorption capability.③Absorption capability has a significant positive impact on the technologicalinnovation capability.④Cross-organizational knowledge sharing has part of the direct impact ofcreative ability to produce a significant positive correlation.⑤Cross-organizational knowledge sharing has part of indirect impact ofcreative ability through absorption capability to technological innovation capability togenerate significant positive correlation.Therefore, the equipment manufacturing enterprises should inprove theefficiency and frequency of cross-organizational knowledge sharing as well aseffective way to achieve the improvement of the greater degree of technologicalinnovation capability by strengthening its potential and realized absorptive capacity.
