The advent of the era of knowledge economy has promoted the study on knowledge management,more and more scholars tend to think of knowledge as a kind of important organizational resources,and knowledge has become the key elements to obtain the core competitiveness,knowledge sharing as the important part of knowledge management has been more and more people attach great importance to.The mode of "BOT + EPC" is not developed,so it will produce a lot of new technology and experience in the exploration practice.How to effectively accumulate and learn this knowledge is great significance to the development "BOT + EPC" in domestic.But,too many project participants have different goals and interests so that the tradition of across the organization knowledge sharing is not well,and the lack of understanding of the knowledge sharing makes them ignore the significance of knowledge sharing.However,the unique structure in the mode of "BOT + EPC" makes the main project participants have the same goals and interests that provides a good opportunity for across the organization knowledge sharing.So,this paper carried out the research on the knowledge sharing behavior of Project teams across the organization.The paper proposed cross-organizational project team knowledge sharing mechanism model based on the analysis of the theory of water cycle and cross-organizational project team knowledge sharing,which provides a systematic analysis framework for cross-organizational project team knowledge sharing behavior influence factors research under the mode of "BOT + EPC";Analyzed the connotation of the cross-organizational project teams under the mode of "BOT + EPC" with virtual organization theory;Used SWOT analysis to summarize the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of cross-organizational project team knowledge sharing under the mode of "BOT + EPC",and analyzed the knowledge sharing behavior from the four main aspects(subject,object,ways and modes)of knowledge sharing behavior.Analyzed the influence factors of knowledge sharing behavior from the system environment,Subjects,objects and Information Technology based on the above results and combined with relevant literature and expert opinion,and proposed a hypothesis.Constructed across-organizational project team knowledge sharing behavior influence factor model the mode of "BOT + EPC" baesd on the theory of planned behavior.Finally carry out empirical research on the proposed model.The empirical results indicate that: helpful,face,knowledge complexity,IT positive effect on knowledge sharing intention,self-efficacy negative effect on knowledge sharing intention;knowledge sharing intention,organizational support positive effect on knowledge sharing behavior,IT negative effect on knowledge sharing behavior;IT positive effect on knowledge complexity,IT negative effect on knowledge tacit knowledge.However,the effect of organizational culture,organizational support,organizational trust,organizational reward expectation,tacit knowledge on knowledge sharing intention and organizational culture,organizational trust on knowledge sharing behavior didn't pass the significance test.
