Research On The Role Of Entrepreneurship In Technological Innovation Capability Of Enterprises Based On Knowledge Sharing

The report of the 19th NPC pointed out that creating an environment conducive to healthy growth of entrepreneurs,promoting outstanding entrepreneurship and giving better play to their role as entrepreneurs are of great significance to deepening structural reforms on the supply side,stimulating market vitality and ensuring the sustained and healthy economic and social development.Innovation is the only way for the development of the enterprise,and entrepreneurial spirit is the driving force to promote continuous innovation.The existing researches on entrepreneurial spirit are mostly empirical studies,most of which use cross-sectional data.Moreover,there are few studies based on different stages of business development.Based on different stages of business development,this study explores the connotation of entrepreneurial spirit in different periods.At the same time,we study how entrepreneurial spirit acts on the technological innovation ability of enterprises at different stages.The key point of this paper lies in exploring the key intermediary variable of knowledge sharing,which will help to open the "black box" between entrepreneurial spirit and technological innovation.This research uses the method of case study and grounded theory to divide the case enterprises into three phases:start-up phase,rapid growth phase and mature phase based on the knowledge sharing perspective and the case of Shengquan Group.In three phases,the original data collected were open-coded,spatially coded and selectively coded.The dimensions of entrepreneurial spirit,knowledge sharing and technological innovation in each stage were explored and the story lines of each stage were formed.Explore the intermediary role of knowledge sharing,and finally form the whole process model of "entrepreneurial spirit-knowledge sharing-technological innovation ability".This paper concludes three conclusions:? The connotation of entrepreneurial spirit is continuously enriched and developed with the growth process of enterprises,and the innovative spirit permeates the entire process of enterprise development,which is the "foundation stone" of enterprise development.? The degree of knowledge sharing gradually deepens with the continuous enrichment and development of the connotation of entrepreneurship,from external knowledge sharing to internal and external compound knowledge sharing,and then to internal knowledge sharing.? The technological innovation capability of enterprises gradually escalates with the deepening of knowledge sharing.Finally,this article through the study of the relationship between the three,made some reference and inspiration for the enterprise.? entrepreneurs should continue to learn,to think avant-garde,maintain their own innovative spirit and promote technological upgrading of enterprises.? enterprises should pay attention to the process of knowledge sharing,emphasis on external knowledge-sharing process,but also can not ignore the internal knowledge-sharing.
