Research On Efficiency Of Farmers Resource Allocation In Jilin Province

Farmer efficiency factors of production inputs and outputs have been playing a pivotal rolefor the judgments of agricultural economy and agricultural economy development, but as timegoes on, there are some differences between agriculture external environment, while alsofacing production factor endowments, challenge mode of production activities and productionactivities, such as differences in policy, therefore, this thesis helps wake up to thinkabout the new agricultural economy development.Based on the domestic farmers resource allocation theory and empirical research, From theempirical point of view, using DEA, thesis selecting farmers households survey data for2010-2012in Jilin Province, trys to analyze technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency, scaleefficiency2in Jilin municipal section of the configuration of2012data and efficiency underdiversification. By2004-2012Jilin Province Statistical Yearbook, thesis trys to analyzetechnical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency in2004-2012Jilin municipalsection of the configuration data.The results show that: from static efficiency value perspective, using horizontalcomparative analysis, the scale municipalities with high efficiency and relatively low puretechnical efficiency. By longitudinal comparative analysis found that in2004-2012years, thetechnical efficiency in2004-2007is smoothly adjusting, surging in2008, decreasing to0.699in2010, growing to0.804in2010, smoothly adjusting in2010-2012.2004-2012Jilin puretechnical efficiency generally is high, remaining stable; scale efficiency from the perspective of2004-2012, scale efficiency performance is of constantly adjust posture,2012reached thehighest level.2004-2010greater volatility.2010-2012remained stable, indicating that the datachanges for2010-2012increased steadily, indicating that the efficiency of Jilin farmers afteryears is of adjustment, which increased steadily for three years.Growing industry labor at the5%significance level is negatively correlated with technicalefficiency. The purchase of agricultural machinery and equipment, repair management fee at the5%significance level positively correlated wih technical efficiency.Growing industry labor in Jilin Province, farmers diversified technical efficiencycoefficient is negative, but did not pass the significance test. The proportion of working personsis significantly positive correlatd with the technical efficiency of Jilin diversified farmers.Multiple operating income ratios are of negative impact of Jilin Province. Farmers in a varietyof business-type production process, pay attention to the rational allocation of investment elements of the factor inputs, especially labor, to increase labor force, to improve the ruralsurplus labor, and thus to increase the proportion of multiple operating income, to coordinateallocation of labor, capital and land.There is a large gap between the productivity of farmers in Jilin resource allocation, butresults also indicate that there is still much room for improvement, mainly to improve theefficiency of technological progress and technology, to improve efficiency in the productionprocess of the farmers, to pay attention to put a reasonable factor configuration, especiallyconsulting services, the introduction of science and technology, capital equipment and landelements; Also, Farmers strengthen labor and farming inputs and coordinate allocation of labor,capital and land. In order to improve diversified operating farmer efficiency farmers strengthenfarmers’ labor input, labor quality and quality optimization.
