The rapid development of the market economy has gradually made human resources one of the important resources for the development of a region or even a country.For banks,a reasonable arrangement of human resources can increase employee motivation,reduce bank operating costs,and enhance their market competitiveness.Whether the allocation of human resources is scientific and reasonable has a direct impact on the short-term development of the bank and has a decisive impact on the long-term planning and development of the bank.Therefore,the optimization of the allocation of human resources should be highly valued by the bank,which is conducive to achieving the maximum profitability of the bank The goal is more about the sustainable and healthy development of the bank.Judging from the current development status of most multinational banks,it is precisely their human resources advantages that guarantee them to take advantage of fierce market competition and calmly cope with the challenges and opportunities brought by global economic integration.Therefore,the allocation of human resources has become one of the main concerns in the current development of banks.In the context of the rapid rise of the financial industry,Jilin Bank,as a representative of local commercial banks,has experienced a period of rapid development.It is currently in a critical period of further development.The bank faces many problems in its human resource structure.Human resources caused by the new financial industry format Demand structural imbalances.Faced with many local commercial banks in the financial technology innovation has been at the forefront of science and technology,all technology means and applications in the final analysis is the demand for people,especially banking outlets,from labor-intensive to knowledge-intensive A large number of counter-operating human resources will lose their positions,while a large number of required positions are high-paying technical back-office service human resources.The supply and demand relationship of human resources at the bank will inevitably face structural imbalance pain.If it is not handled properly,it may become a constant problem for Jilin Bank Obstacles to growth.This article first sorts out the research and development of human resources and related theories of human resource allocation,and analyzes and compares the human resource structure of high-tech sub-branches and the staffing efficiency of each branch from the perspective of education,age,and post.This article finds problems such as personnel management issues,uneven personnel qualities,and unclear salary structures.For these issues,satisfaction questionnaire surveys,field visits and other methods are used to adjust post integration and optimization,and related methods of human resource allocation and constraint system..The research purpose of this paper is mainly from the perspective of economics.One is the analysis of the applied value of Jilin Bank,the other is the analysis of the reference value of local banks on similar issues and the social significance of the development of the banking industry.Through research to find a breakthrough in maximizing the efficiency of human resources allocation and promote the further improvement of human resources allocation efficiency of Jilin Bank.In terms of theoretical significance and practical application value,it can be found from most domestic and foreign issues about human resources management of financial banks.Starting with a single resource allocation,incentive mechanism or other management status quo,the research on human resources allocation of Jilin Bank is still not deep enough.In this regard,this article combines previous research results to further deepen the relevant theories of human resource allocation.From the perspective of Jilin Bank's business development model,all aspects of sales,production and supply need to take human resources as the main body,and the core of bank management will focus on the allocation of human resources.In the end,this paper puts forward the layout optimization plan and corresponding rectification measures of Jilin Bank High-tech Sub-branch.It is hoped that the research in this paper can promote the high-tech branch of Jilin Bank to optimize its human resources allocation and ultimately enhance the competitive advantage of Jilin Bank in commercial banks.
