Research On The Development Of Black Fungus Industry Of Huangsongdian Town, Jiaohe City

With the continuous development of economy and improvement of the living standards,people pay more and more attention to green food and black food. Edible mushroom industryis promising in the21st century. The marker prospect is broad and sale volume is alsoincreasing year by year. Black fungus is one of the most representative kind of ediblemushroom which has developed rapidly in just a few years and has the growing scale ofproduction. In the northeast of China， the black fungus is mainly planted in Jilin Provinceand Heilongjiang Province. Huangsongdian is the most representative in Jilin Province. It isknown as “First town of Chinese black fungus”. Huangsongdian town has very superiorconditions on development of the black fungus industry, such as the favourable geographicalposition, good resource and environment, the mature planting method, famous brand andgood policy. But the black fungus industries in Huangsongdian town still face some problems.This thesis finds out the existent problems in every technical link by field research on theblack fungus growers, factories and companies. Then analyze the root cause of theseproblems to further enhance the competitiveness and provide the scientific support for betterdevelopment.Firstly, describe the development status of the black fungus industry inHuangsongdian town, Jiaohe city, Jilin province and conduct the detailed study on thesynthetically condition of the development and future trends by analytical methods. Thestudy indicates that nature, technology, features and scale are the favorable conditionsindustrial development. Scale，industrialization and commercialization are significant for thedevelopment of the black fungus industry in the future.Secondly, analyze the advantages of the current development based on the field surveyon the black fungus industry at Huangsongdian town. Then conduct further analysis onplanting, processing, market and brand. The result indicates that Huangsongdian has manypromising advantages on the development of the black fungus industry.Thirdly, analyze production, processing and sales. Aiming at the current problems onsales system， identify the important factors， which may affect the development of theblack fungus industry. The result indicates that the existent problem hybrid spawn, lowdegree of standardization, low yield, poor leadership of the leading enterprises, low deepprocessing rate, short chain of the black fungus industry, low additional value，low degree oforganization and lack of the macro adjustment and control.Fourthly, propose the solution and suggestions. Based on the above studies, this chapter proposes some suggestions, including strengthening the promotion of scientific research,creating standardized template, promoting standardized cultivation, putting forward helpfulpolicies, increasing the capital investment and training the leading enterprises, to improve thedevelopment and enhance the competitiveness.
